While the day to day work of providing guidance to students on their career choices is of prime importance, we believe in creating a history towards our sense of possibility and to spread what we are learning beyond DreamDesk. Since our inception “Education for All” has been one of the key areas of our focus. Though there has been a steady rise in the enrolment of students in higher education, there are many areas where we as a nation lack any progress. One such area of concern is an unfortunate situation when deserving and meritorious students who come from poor families quit their higher education options due to lack of financial support or infrastructure. Our key focus has always been to reach out maximum number of such students to help them continue their further studies and attain successful careers in their respective field. We firmly believe that education one child is educating an entire generation in a family. Together this pledge can not only eradicate the vicious cycle our country faces in the form of poverty as well as illiteracy, but also take our country towards the path of progress and development.
To accomplish this objective we have formed Barefoot Dreams Welfare Trust. Our NGO is dedicated to fulfill the dreams of lower middle class students who cannot continue their higher education due to financial or other problems. We have also supported schools with activities such as cultural events, scholarship tests, annual sporting events and many more that help to develop the extracurricular capabilities of students.
